How it works

    Pay in full, or 5 monthly payments, through Stripe. You can also talk to a specialist first, at no charge.

  2. Authorize & verify

    In your portal you sign a short authorization and prove you own the domain. You share access through an encrypted form, never by email.

  3. Assess & approve

    Our team assesses the site and publishes a fix plan. Nothing is changed until you approve it.

  4. We fix it & prove it

    We work the plan, re-scan and deliver your before/after report. Your logins are deleted 14 days later.

Questions

Is $999 the whole cost?

For a typical small-business site, yes. If your site turns out to need substantial rework (a custom application, a heavily customized store, a platform that can’t be patched) we call you before any work starts and tell you plainly. You approve a price for the extra, or we refund you in full.

Why do you need access, and is it safe?

To fix things we need to get into your site, usually your website admin and hosting. You share those through an encrypted form in your portal, never by email. They are shown only to the specialist on your job and deleted 14 days after we finish.

Will you test my site without permission?

Never. Nothing is tested until you have signed the written authorization in your portal and proved you own the domain. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Can I talk to someone before I pay?

Do you guarantee my site can never be hacked?

No honest security service can. We fix what our assessment finds, prove it with a fresh scan, and tell you what to keep an eye on. Feli-Scan Monitor can keep watch after we finish.

My site was built by someone else. Can you still fix it?

Almost always. We need access to your hosting account, or an introduction to whoever has it.
